Ashlee Durthaler, MPO, LPOA, joined Horton’s Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2026 and serves patients at the Batesville clinic and throughout North Central Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before receiving her Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University. Ashlee has completed her dual residency in orthotics and prosthetics and is currently board eligible as she works toward ABC certification.
Ashlee is known for her patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen, explain each step of the treatment process, and ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care. She is committed to finding the best solution for each individual while fostering trust through clear communication, compassion, and collaboration.
Her passion for the O&P profession is deeply personal. Watching her brother’s journey through treatment and witnessing the impact of orthotic and prosthetic care inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others regain mobility, independence, and confidence. She finds the greatest reward in seeing patients achieve milestones they once thought were out of reach.
Outside of the clinic, Ashlee enjoys art, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
