
Bryan Sims, a highly experienced and dedicated Licensed Prosthetist and Orthotist (LPO), joined Horton’s Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for improving the lives of his patients. His journey in the world of orthotics and prosthetics began with his graduation from White Bear Lake, Minnesota Orthotic and Prosthetic technical program in 2003. This foundational training provided him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field. He quickly established himself as a skilled practitioner, driven by a deep desire to help individuals regain their mobility and independence.
For 15 years, Bryan demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership abilities by owning and managing his own successful O&P company. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, from patient care and fabrication to administration and management. He cultivated a reputation for providing compassionate, personalized care and delivering exceptional results.
Prior to joining Horton’s, Bryan was a prominent figure in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he was honored with the prestigious “Man of the Year” award. This recognition speaks volumes about his commitment to community service and his positive influence on the lives of those around him.
In addition, Bryan possesses a deep understanding of the latest advancements in prosthetic technology, particularly in the realm of microprocessor-controlled devices. He is highly knowledgeable in fitting and adjusting sophisticated microprocessor knees, including the C-Leg, Rheo, Avior, and Quattro, as well as other cutting-edge technologies shaping the O&P industry. His expertise allows him to provide patients with the most advanced and effective solutions available, maximizing their comfort, stability, and functionality.
