
Christopher Horton started working in the family business at the age of 15 as a technician and started training as a practioner after graduating Catholic High School in 2000. He has attended classes at Pulaski Technical college and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Chris also has worked with his father on many of his inventions, including the Stance Control Orthotic Knee Joint (SCOKJ). Chris is Licensed in both Orthotics and prosthetics by the State of Arkansas and is certified in Orthotics by BOC. In 2016, Chris had extensive orthotic and prosthetic training on advanced casting technics such as the Vorum CAD/CAM which allows a scanning technique for orthotic and prosthetic patients, Aqua Casting System, which is used on below the knee amputee to cast at total contact socket fit, along with mastering the traditional casting technics. Chris also has continued education by being trained and training new practioners in scoliosis bracing for pediatrics, microprocessor knees for prosthetic patients, and the Wald Aid (Functional Electrical Stem Orthotic).
