Darrah Moore joined Horton’s Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2026 and serves patients at the Jonesboro clinic and throughout Northeast Arkansas. She brings seven years of experience in orthotics and prosthetics, including five years as an orthotic fitter, giving her a strong clinical foundation in evaluating, fitting, and caring for patients with a wide variety of orthotic and prosthetic needs. Darrah earned her Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics (IIOP) in Tampa, Florida, and is currently completing her dual residency in orthotics and prosthetics.
Darrah is known for her caring and empathetic approach, taking the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and ensure they feel heard, supported, and informed throughout their treatment. She enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve meaningful progress and regain confidence in their mobility. One of her most rewarding experiences was witnessing a young patient take her first unassisted steps and seeing the joy it brought to her family.
Outside of the clinic, Darrah enjoys spending time with her dogs and going to the river with her husband.
