Hal joined Horton’s in 1993 and is a practitioner who evaluates, fits, and dispenses pedorthic and orthotic devices. He is certified by the American Board for Certification in orthotics, prosthetics and pedorthics. Hal is also a board certified orthotic assistant. Hal’s goal is to continue to implement new designs and approaches because “one size does not fit all” when it comes to patient care.
