Nancy Morales joined Horton’s Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2023 and serves the Arkansas region as Director of Business Development, bringing over 20 years of experience in outreach and healthcare-related fields.
Nancy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and has a diverse background in home health, memory care, and senior services. Her role focuses on referral development, community outreach, contract management, and ensuring patients receive timely, coordinated care through strong collaboration with providers and care teams.
She is known for her relationship-driven approach, building long-term, professional connections within the medical community to ensure patients have access to the best resources and support. Nancy is passionate about education and serving as a trusted resource for providers, patients, and families.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake, and being active in her church community.
